When you submit the quote form, Paul Health Advisory receives the contact, location, household, current coverage, preference, and optional note information you choose to provide. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment information, medical records, government identification numbers, or account credentials.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your coverage inquiry, route the request to an appropriate coverage path, maintain operational and consent records, and prevent duplicate submissions.
Retention and deletion
Lead information is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, assist with coverage requests, maintain business and compliance records, prevent duplicate submissions, and satisfy applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Information may be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to applicable record-retention requirements.
Service providers and lead workflow
Information may be disclosed only to service providers and systems reasonably necessary to operate the website, process inquiries, maintain records, communicate with the consumer, and assist with insurance-related requests. These may include Cloudflare Pages, Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, Ringy, communications providers, licensed insurance professionals, agencies, and insurance carriers where appropriate. Personal information is not sold. Website submissions enter a controlled lead workflow, and a Ringy-compatible file is uploaded manually only when an authorized user chooses to do so.

If you provide the required consent, Nikenson Paul and Paul Health Advisory may contact you by phone, text message, or email to respond to the coverage inquiry you submitted. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Information safety
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Submit only the requested information and do not send sensitive medical, financial, or identity records through the form.
